From Vision to Reality: Meet the Founder

Michelle D. Nichols is a licensed esthetician with a passion for promoting healthy skin. Her expertise lies in empowering men to embrace skincare as an essential aspect of self-care. She offers simplified yet effective routines tailored to their specific needs. With a focus on hydration, protection, and confidence-building solutions, she strives to redefine masculinity by promoting healthy skincare habits for every stage of life.

The Story Behind My Purpose

I started MHaven Spa in honor of three important men in my life—my dad William, my Uncle Vincent, and my best friend Cle. I lost both my dad and best friend to health-related illnesses, and through that pain, I noticed something deeper: men are often celebrated as providers and protectors, yet taught to suppress their emotions. Without a safe space to release that pressure, it can build into mental stress, depression, anxiety—or even worse.
 
I also realized that many men were simply never taught how to properly care for their skin.
 
MHaven Spa was created as a dedicated space where men can prioritize self-care, relaxation, and mental health—without compromising their manhood. We offer services like facials, beard and back treatments, and hand and foot massages. Every session is customizable: choose silence or lofi music, conversation or pure stillness. We’re not therapists—but we are a place where you can feel seen, heard, or simply allowed to rest. Speak freely or just lie back and let the stress melt away.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. There is only one time allowed to reschedule. The second time will require a new deposit. Arriving over 10 minutes later than the scheduled appointment, the client will have to reschedule, and the initial deposit will be lost. No call/show will result in 100% for the service fee. If the credit card is removed to avoid fees. The client will be denied any future appointments.
